My local library has a puzzle swap. There's a whole section of puzzles. It's just a simple "bring one, take one" system. Such a great idea!

This is very cool!!!! I would love to have something like this. I really want to set up a Free Little Library that would have books and puzzles in it. Add a geocache travel bug hotel and a fairy garden and you have my dream set up!!! Unfortunately I live in a townhouse where there is just no space for it. Maybe one day....... So glad you found something like this. One of my local libraries has a nice selection of puzzles. Ive checked out a couple of puzzles that have been on my radar for awhile. And they all had their pieces.

Thanks for the shout out Emilee! Hopefully more puzzle libraries will sprout up closer to you in the future.

If you get to the end of the video - I forgot to put the pictures of the cabinets but if you go to 02:30 you can see the puzzle image I was referencing.

Hi Emilee! I knew you were local to this library so I actually invited you to join the group on Facebook, a long time ago!! You probably missed it 😂

    What a great idea! ❤
Get new puzzles and also donate to them all in one place. Especially if you're limited by space for storing puzzles, as well as not spending a fortune on puzzles.

When I go to a library, I call them to find if there is free puzzles. The librarians always tell how many they have. If they have any, ask about the qualifications of getting them. Some say you can get them for free; or a library card is needed. If you’re in luck, the library will tell you can get them. You can pick as many jigsaw puzzles you want. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bags; the librarians encourage that. I almost forgot one thing: there is no limit for the jigsaw puzzles you find. That idea melts my heart when I go there. I always have fun there🙂.

Sounds like you've lucked out! Sadly not all libraries have that type of system but it's a good idea to check them out.

I've seen that Puzzle Complaints online somewhere; looks like fun. Puzzle libraries sound like the best idea!

If you have not done any Magic PUzzle Company puzzles, there are two on the far right second to top shelf. You have to try one. Just a fun twist.
My library sells used puzzles at their semi annual book sale. Just last week they had over 1000 to sell. I picked up 50 at $1 each. After I am done, I swap with 3 other friends and then when each of us has had a chance to do it, we donate it back to the library. So fun.But it would be nice to have this kind of a puzzle library.

I just did the Puzzle Complaints puzzle and I loved it. I'm in a FB group for puzzle lovers in my state and that puzzle is one of the "traveling puzzles". The creator of the group purchased the puzzle with the intent for us to pass it on to another puzzler in the group once we finish. It has been in circulation 13 months and I was the 28th person to sign a piece upon completion. I'm amazed that all the pieces are there and there is zero damage.

It does look like good quality!! I've only done 1000 pieces from them before and had some fit issues. But this one looks sturdier.

Hi Emily, I have done the chicken puzzle twice and everyone who sees it loves spending time laughing and reading it. The harvest lady puzzle is really pretty and appropriate for the season. Thanks for the fun updates

You must live in an area with low/no humidity! Puzzles outdoors here wouldn't survive a summer, no matter how nice the cabinet.

It's a great way of trying puzzles that you might not be sure about buying. We have a puzzle exchange at my local church once a week. I've got the Puzzle Complaints jigsaw but it is still in my to do pile! I'm looking forward to doing it when it comes to the top of the rather large pile. I'm currently working on a Falcon puzzle called Portraits.
