An og rex can win against a solo giga, but the experience of the player plays a big role. One bone break from the Rex and the giga is basically dead. The biggest weakness of a giga against the rex is that it can't face tank as well as the rex
As a Giga there's nothing you can do against the bone break except try to bait its bone break bite. (Sorry if this isnt what you meant because I didnt fully understand your question)
