B1050 tried. She really fought hard to nail the landing despite stacked odds. And she nailed it!
Had it been a hard surface instead of water, she would've been standing tall and proud.

well it does seem like B1050 had alot of horizontal velocity but if it had managed to cancel out horizontal velocity it would have definitely been able to land on land

Docking sequence music from Interstellar, that's brilliant, thank you.

It's actually not. It's from interstellar but it's "Mountains".

Hello, I'm from 2024 and they did the same with a 70-meter tall super heavy booster.

Granted, but here it was malfunction from one of the grid fin which was stuck and made the vehicle spin. This prevented the booster from landing on land since normally when everything is nominal it "steers" itself towards the land in the last part of the flight and changes its balistic path which initially is aimed at the ocean in case something like this happens, and here even though it looked to be unctrollable it still managed to softly land in the ocean, had there been a crew onboard on a similar vehicle they would have survived, that's crazy to think.
For SpaceX's superheavy booster it was all planned and everything went according to plan it soft landed right at the spot it was supposed to.

This is my favorite synchronization, particularly with the timing of "No Time For Caution." Speaking of, where does one find the version you used? Also the first time Hans Koenigsmann showed the video from the onboard camera, it was slightly longer, showing the very start of the moment it started to lose control, so it shouldn't be to hard to stitch it together for a longer sequence. I thought I'd find out if you are interested in doing that before stealing the idea. I know the internet's probably moved on but this is been the coolest thing to show people and convert them to SpaceX fans.

I didn't show that bit of the onboard camera because it was only at a lower resolution, and I wanted the whole screen to show the exterior view at that point. This music is not "No Time For Caution". It is "Mountains".

Hey Labtec. I recognize you from Kurt’s Twitch streams.
Another streamer I watch, Das Valdez or Kerbal Space Academy, is the copyright owner of some of this footage (the one with the blue (DV F5 TWR badge). If you could site the source and provide credit to twitch.tv/DasValdez and link the video either on the KSA Twitch or TH-cam channels in the video description and even the title, that’d be great. Thanks!
