University housing is limited and only available to a number of first-year international students, with a maximum of a one-year rental period. It is furnished and rent varies according to the type, size and location of the space on offer. International students can apply for University housing during the admissions process. You will receive an email with instructions after you have been accepted to a UvA degree programme

What about internationals who already live in NL? I'm admitted to a master's program but currently I'm finishing my bachelor in Tilburg, 90km from Amsterdam. Because of that I have no right for housing assistance anymore... I find it a bit unfair.

will it be easy to cover tuition fees as well as living cost by boing part time job ? I’m planning for masters
if you are applying for masters I'm guessing you are around 18 years old. If that's so, and if you don't have any previous experience, you will probably not be able to cover everything. As a student, if you can find a job for an 18 y you would look at around 10/15 euros an hour for something okay. With that money, you will probably be able to cover your monthly expenses excluding rent. Rent is going to give you the biggest dent in your wallet. It can be from 500 to 1000 for a 1/2 bedroom apartment to even higher, especially closer to the city. So I highly doubt you can cover everything, but you may be able to cover things like food and going out. But I suggest if it's possible, to have the rent covered financially.

@@r-max4156 part time job might cover half of the expenses, for the rest theres a student loan (cca1000eur monthly) for which you must meet requirements.. oh and student housing wont really exceed 600 euros for a small studio, theres also rent reimbursement which can be on average 360 eur monthly....theres also transportation discount
