Thank you for all your comments Moganti. I am extremely happy to know you have watched several videos in this channel and I hope all were helpful. Best regards, Shanty
As you told in the last of the video that the world largest organism is Armillaria ostoyae. But in Hait, Bhattacharya mentioned that world largest organism is Armellaria bulbosa, covered an aera more than 12 hecters(30 acres). Please clear my doubts. And thank you for valuable information.
Hi Suvankar, the information given in that textbook was right only until 1998. In 1998 Armillaria ostoyae mentioned in the lecture was declared to be the largest organism. But now if you just check this link of Guinness world records www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/606952-largest-living-organism you can see that the title of world's largest single living organism (from June 2022) belongs to a specimen of Posidonia australis seagrass located in Shark Bay off Western Australia. I think I should make a video on that too. Best regards, Shanty
Doing really great ma'am. My request to you is that please start class 12 biology classes because we don't have very much time for board exams as i am also a 12 std. Student. Please please please do something about that. Best of luck for your work
