What's up with the snare, Finn? It sounds... Artificial. I have nowhere near the expertise to say it's a sample, but in the part of the video where you hit the snare on camera it really makes one concentrate on the snare sound. And it's like the SSS part of the TSSS is really well sustained and then cuts off instantly. Without a natural fade or anything. How did you do that?
Ngl, I think you fucked up the mixing for this one. The vocals are incredibly low in this, both yours and the original. Which is a shame because the instrumentals are on point, but it feels like you messed up the settings when rendering this. I don't know if it was a conscious choice to keep the vocals low to avoid copywrite or what, but it sounds like you made a mistake with the settings or something
When I'm working with a song that's already complete, every adjustment I make affects everything on that song. If I up Jack's vocals, then everything in his track gets upped too, from drums to synths to piano. In this case his snare drum is particularly piercing. I couldn't find a perfect way to keep his vocals loud without making his snare deafening. Mine are low, it's true. When I toyed with making mine louder and clearer, the difference between mine and Jack's/Erin's was so pronounced that it sounded grievously unnatural.
@@FinnMK That's surprising. I would have assumed you had the skills to isolate the parts required. I know it's definitely possible, as other music people, particular those who do meme mashups like grandayy or DJ Cummerbund or shonkywonkydonkey (however you actually spell those guys' usernames, anyway, I'm sure you at least know who I mean) do.

why would this get claimed by copyright? Jacksfilms isn't really that kind of guy.
*including this one?*
since when did Jack license his music??
@@DenderFriend I don't think it was him, probably distro kid or interstreet recordings
Felix is correct, Interstreet Recordings claimed the video before I even made it public.
I didn't think this song could slap any harder
IT’S THE OTAMATONE GUY
it could if you two collab on it 👀
Had a giant grin on my face the entire time I was listening to this. Bra-fucking-vo.
Now I want an original song with Finn and Jack together
Never knew that Erin could sing, that makes one in the Jacksfilms household
HA!
There’s two, don’t forget Klondike.
how did you make this song more magical than it already was
No offense, but Jack's songs usually need more instruments than they have.
How are you everywhere, discord man
Don't need much, I just want a
Finn-Jack Collab song
All of your full bands are so sick
This was the first video I ever watched from Finn a few months back, I'm now obsessed with his content.
This makes it sound like a song from a musical!
Now it's Jack's turn to make a dub of one of Finn's original songs
Erin's vocals were already perfect so Finn didn't even add anything to her parts
Finn M-K and jacksfilms are the best TH-cam couple
Now that's a bop!
I was waiting for this masterpiece to drop!
I have been looking forward to this since you commented "👀" on jack's video
This was wonderful, thank you :D
This has no right being this good
Hell yeah Finn!! I was hoping you’d cover this video 😄
I cannot listen to the original version the same. This just slap so hecking hard
You took an amazing song and some how made it even better. Has John seen this vid?
I had a feeling you were gonna make this as soon as I saw the original video.
What a pleasant surprise :) Amazing work as always Finn!
this is my alarm clock now. I dance to it this morning. It really makes my day
Good god, this is great
Who needs a mansion when you have a blanket fort?
Jacksfilms most underrated song ngl
Another awesome dub Finn!
I saw this coming and I’m glad it did
Here before John comments 👏
My god this is so good
that was fucking amazing dude!
Waiting for yalls album..
Made it even more of a banger
Fantastic!
I wonder if finn make f1 theme brian tyler with full band or acapella
Anyone else catch Luigi’s Mansion and Minecraft in there?
“Hello, I’m Luigi”
RIDICULOUSLY GOOD.

How did you do that?
On its own, my snare drum sounds very muted. I often pair it with a brighter digital snare.
Me too man, me too.
Magnificent
Hell yea
Find a way to put this on Spotify please
Ask Jack for the rights or something
Dope
YESSSSSSSSSS
Yall need to collab.
damn I wanna
Like this video
Lo. Ve this
This song didn’t have to go that hard!
You know, I didn't like the song the first times I heard it.
You fixed it.

Fun fact: Everyone that has seen this comment hasn't finished the video yet.
Ah, I remember the days when this was true, only 90's kids remember
Extremely chording.
