    Hello, I will like to try mixing both colors at same time with 20 volume. I would like to get a light brown. Is it a good idea? Thank you for your advice.

      Depending on your starting point ? As in previous colour and if roots are white/grey. Best to consult with a hairdresser who can stand in front of you with your hair in their hands and assess your previous colour and then discuss application. The only advice I can give is if your hair is as light as my clients in this video and you have white roots similar then the result will be similar a light warm brown. Thank you for watching 🤎

    Is Koleston just the permanent version of Color Touch Plus? 77 is too dark for me, but 88 seems like it does nothing. What do you suggest?

    • @hairupideas
      @hairupideas  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Koleston is permanent range
      Colour Touch is Demi

      @@hairupideas thx. I think I prefer to stick with demi, at least until I find the best matches. Instead of Color Touch Plus, do you think I'd like the Sunlights? I have very little gray, so maybe instead of covering it, I should opt to disguise it. What do you think? You are the expert and do beautiful work.

      @@sdeleeuw27 I’ve never used Sunlights so have no experience in this range. Sorry I can’t be of help on this suggestion. Maybe your friend has worked with the full range of Wella colour and could best advise. Especially if you could be sitting in her chair. Nothing like having the hair in your hands to give the best advice or suggestions.

      @@hairupideas sadly she's out of state, and I won't see her until at least 2022 in person. But I do agree with you. Best to be able to consult an expert in person. Thanks.

    Her grey roots don’t look resistant and wiry ..why 77/0?

    • @hairupideas
      @hairupideas  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In your opinion. It may not look it in the video but I’ve been doing this clients hair for years and it’s definitely resistant

    I wanna mix 77/0 with 6/9…would it come out nice?

    • @hairupideas
      @hairupideas  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t think we have 6/9 in the Uk so I wouldn’t know the results of that colour. But I would say you would get full coverage on grey using this formula using the correct amount and full saturation. Hope that helps

      Hard for me to make a judgement call if it will come out nice as you say as I don’t know your starting point or the technique you will use. So without you in my chair and seeing your hair I can’t say.

    Why are you doing 60g koleston colour and 30g oxywater ? Should not 1:1 ?

    • @hairupideas

      Yes I mixed equal parts. 60g in total. Formula is listed in the description.

      @@hairupideas But she has some highlights, her ends look blonde and her roots medium-light brown?

    • @hairupideas

      No highlights just natural fading of old colour which gives a lovely effect on the mid lengths and ends.
