This look like a lassi, Nihari's gravy is not thin like this anywhere. It seems they cooked it on fast flame to get it done early. People in Karachi cook it overnight on slow flame.

All thesse Imdianand Pakistani restaurants use vanaspati ghee/ hydrogented oil for cooking which leads to clogging of arteries which lead to heart attack. In the USA it's not allowed to use such oil.
