Queen Slime herself has a relatively simple attack pattern. Half the threat comes from the minions she spawns, which can fill the screen with projectiles and quickly overwhelm the player. Killing or avoiding these should be top priority. Stay in the air using wings or mounts during her first phase, as many of her attacks cannot reach the player there. During her second phase, the player should stay closer to the ground while occasionally luring her back up, as they can avoid many of her projectiles and minions due to their slow and predictable movement patterns. In Master Mode, The Black Spot mount allows the player to hover above all attacks in the first phase. Fight Queen Slime in daylight, since at night her attacks may be hard to see. Queen Slime can be killed easily before any other Hardmode bosses, and even before destroying Demon or Crimson Altars. The Crystal Assassin armor she drops will help the player survive in early Hardmode. Like most bosses, she is immune to lava, but her minions are not. An arena made of lava paired with Lava Waders or Terraspark Boots can make the fight significantly easier. Use several disconnected platforms, which can allow her minions to fall down and away from the fight. Any wings paired with flight-boosting accessories and the Shield of Cthulhu (for its dash ability) makes dodging most of her attacks easy (but does not take care of her minions). The Daedalus Stormbow paired with Holy Arrows and summoned minions can take care of her minions. When fighting her in higher difficulties, never remain directly above multiple Crystal Slimes. Their spikes can kill the player in seconds. Invisibility Potions can be used to decrease spawn rates of other enemies and prevent the Heavenly Slimes from chasing after you.

Impossible. The current monster lord is married and it's impossible to break up any couple in this setting. However, nurarihyon monster girl has many youkai followers, and the man who marries her get them all as harem. Some other races like khepri or houri literally can made their husband a harem king (literally in khepri's case, as in being a king and has harem), but they're all of the same race. Presumably, someone who can taken high orc by force should get her band of orcs as well. Technically speaking, if his wife is ok with harem, them the husband can get more wives of any race. But married men aren't as attractive to monsters as single men (bicorn's mana can make her husband becomes more attractive, but you probably still need to win at least one more girl in order to turn a unicorn wife into a bicorn, and its effect kind of fade away after 4th or 5th girl).
I want one, too and from the pages about transformation into monster I considered this to be the best strategie: 1) find a human partner 2) feed her the mana of the type of monster girl (in this case, a queen slime) you want her to be 3) stay with your partner (to be?) as she turns into that relevant monster girl 4) once she has converted/transformed, not only her physical form has changed but also her sexual desire has boosted, and since she hasn't forgotten you and you're present, she'll directly turns you into her 'husband' 5) enjoy your life while & after you're turned into an incubus

But not all those queens are queen slimes. Only the slimes that by (bad?) luck have lost the ability to split into more slimes is a queen slime.
