Yemeni Eadam Beef Soup 😋 ‏מרק אידם תימני עם בשר
Here’s another great dish from the Yemeni kitchen.
Ingredients 👇
1.5 lbs chunk beef
4 Yukon Gold potato
1 onion
1/2 bunch of cilantro
5 cloves of garlic
2 celery sticks
4 crushed tomatoes
1.5 tbsp chicken power mix
5 cardamom pods
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Yemeni Hawaij ( check my earlier video).
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
2 red chili peppers (optional)
Bring it to a boil and to the oven fir 1.5 hours at 350’
