Hi po mrs torres so umm may i share share lang po ko sa inyo and i hope it will help you po So I've been dealing with depression for almost 7 years ish idk..na (sorry po makakalimutin) 😅 and the cause of it when i was in elementary i was get bullied and not alot of friends but then my life change and now im ok with it. The thing is in life we always have challenges or trials then we will end up thinking about it or maybe we will lose stamina on doing things because is stressing us out pero i think for me the best thing to do is to meditate maybe go somewhere refreshing hangout with friends and most importantly po is pray not just pray po also if your confident i think opening up is the right to do kasi i guess that's what makes other people be successful in life because there not scared to show their emotions. ok maybe sometimes is better to be strong or pretend to be strong but i guess vulnerability really comes in handy kasi for me if you learn not to overthink things or maybe people's opinions about you then you'll also grow more. And im not saying this because maybe im good at words and im also introvert but too shy to help people but most of the time i intend to tell people how i feel if i have problems and mediate din po and most important is praying and having faith😊 So..yun lang po i hope na it helps you po
To those beautiful ladies who do vlogs alone, or do tiktok or being in social media, please dont go for boyfriend. Love yourself first, obviously you are taking care yourselves, dont allow boys to damage your bodies and feelings.
