Ground Coriander. 2--- 2 Tbsp. Ground Cumin. 3--- 2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon. 4--- 1 Tbsp. Ground Cardamom. 5--- 1 Tbsp. Ground Nut Meg. 6--- 1 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper or White Pepper. 7--- 1 Tbsp. Ground Gloves.

You can grind the whole thing. The husks actually do have a flavor, though it is milder than the seeds inside.
