Hi! Could you tell me why I can't all vertex are captured? When I want to do it and click the mouse it is draws a dotted line and I can not remove it and catch the vertex . :((

So the problem is: you cannot select the vertices, and what you see is just a dotted line. What are the modifiers you're using? And, are you trying to select vertices that are not at the top of modifiers stack?

is naked vertex the conventional term (3ds max terminology?) Isn't just an end vertex?

There are terms that are used among 3D artists, and they know what it means. It's not a technical thing. Those naked vertices are found, for example, on naked edges, where an edge belongs only to one face.
