  • Foot peeling masks are super popular right now as many people cannot get a pedicure. The foot peeling masks claim to work as a chemical peel for your feet, peeling off calluses and dead skin until the feet are baby-soft. Insider producer Celia Skvaril decided to try the Dermora Foot Peel Mask For Baby Soft Feet on her calloused, scaly, and dry feet. Within six days, Celia's feet started to peel. She spoke to Podiatrist Dr. Marion Yau about the safety of these masks and whether or not it worked as well as it should have on her feet.

It depends where the peelings are and how bad it is. Those instructions are on there because sometimes if you peel too hard or too fast or if you peel too much, it can make the skin bleed or you could accidentally pull too much off but usually it's harmless when it's done carefully.

Feet are amazing diagnostic tools that your doctor can use as clues potentially pointing to a whole host of health problems.
you just need to know what warning signs to look for.
If you notice any of the following telltale signs or symptoms in your feet, you may want consult your doctor:
1- Dry Flaky Skin: If the skin around your heel or on the ball of your foot is dry, cracked, or flaky, it may be a warning sign of a thyroid condition. Your thyroid gland produces hormones that control your metabolic rate, blood pressure, tissue growth, and nervous system functions. The most common reason patients have peeling feet is a fungal infection (like athlete's foot)-Treatment:
If it's a minor fungal infection like athlete's foot, then an OTC anti-fungal spray or cream might get the job done, If not and/or you're dealing with a more severe situation, then you might need a prescription-strength cream. Either way, if you have a fungal infection on your feet then it's likely in your shoes too, So, be sure to keep your kicks dry and hit them with an anti-fungal spray as well.

If it burns, you should wash it off immediately. Burning is not a good sign.

I found it hard to understand what she was saying, some parts I listened to a few times and still have no idea. Like at 1:14 with all the bag noise.
    Maybe add subtitles?
