Well guys with all the Intel i9 and i7 recent controversy. With more than 50% CPUs frying themselves. Let alone 4090s drama. I believe anyone building such a PC has one of two choices. 1. Undervolt and underclock the hell out of his CPU/GPU till it is relatively safe, and theoretically last longer. 2. Take a gamble and pray day and night that he/she won the silicon lottery.. Really sad what PC gaming has become, because of manufacturers/ companies greed ..
Here's a question for you that no one has been able to solve so far: my PC often fails to load AMD drivers if the monitor is powered on (connected via DP or HDMI cable). If I boot (or wake from sleep) with the monitor off, it all loads fine. Cables have been checked and replaced with certified ones. Is the monitor causing the issue somehow?

It looks good, but why even use a 13 or 14 gen? They have a 100 percent failure rate. The 12 gen is strong enough to run a 4090.
