- In a massive blow to the United States, both Qatar and Kuwait issued directives to U.S saying that they don’t want to be linked in the retaliation against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Both countries refuse to allow military action from their soil and barred U.S forces to use their air bases. Iran carried out drone and missile attacks on Israel to avenge Israel’s attack on its consulate in Damascus, Syria.

Not to mention the US will do what it wants anyways. The oddest thing is that all of the sudden All these Arab nations are standing in solidarity behind Iran? Arab nations don't tend to get along, and muslim sects within countries really don't get along. My guess is that the US most likely played some role in these decisions, letting their allies in the region save face with Iran while its likely the US has no plans to directly attack Iran. Ukraine is almost certain to get aid now, probably more than it needs, and you know Israel is about to magically gain some new gear. Also watch for reestablishment of bases in Iraq.
