USCIS said Case Approval Was Reaffirmed And Mailed Back To Department Of State (our case was returned by department of state to the uscis ) but uscis reaffirmed it and mailed our petitioner their original approval.also they have mentioned that it was mailed back to the department of state.
Now what to do? It is officially approved by uscis once again as they have mentioned it. how much time it gonna take now?
How long did it take for the embassy to send your case to NVC for NVC to send it back to uscis and how long did it take for uscis to review and reaffirmed it

We had interview in Jan 2024 and uscis reaffirmed it in April 2024
Which country are you and which country did you go for the interview

HIL did my Mandamus and they got to working on it. A week before the deadline, I got an email from DHS claiming they have taken an action, but no updates on my account. What could this be. Thanks

My case actually send back to USCIS from nvc for administrative action and is no longer at nvc ?? What do I have to do now..
Wait, I have been waiting since November of 2019 when the Embassy refused the visa for my wife.

Dear, i applied for H1b visa and my petition is returned back to USCIS as per mail received from Consulate. After Law suit, my lawyer sent me the Affirmation Notice received from USCIS and as pet the notice, my case sent back to state department. This notice states that
"What the Official Notice Said
This is to advise you that we have reaffirmed our previous decision on the above application or petition which the Department of State had previously returned for review. We have forwarded the case back to the Department of State for action." I sent this notice to consulate by mail but no reply. I am confused whether should i wait for the mail or i need to appointment again with Embassy/consulate.

Hi Jim , I am currently experiencing this situation. According to the NVC they received my wife denied case by embassy in the Dominican republic’ in January 2020. In February the NVC RETURNED to USCIS. More than seven months have passed and I contacted USCIS several times and they keep telling me that they haven’t received the case. I feel that they are not telling me the truth.
I just got a email from USCIS they have taken action on my case. From the time USCIS received the petition back from the embassy it took USCIS 13 months to take action on my case.

Yes it is! And no matter what you do (calling or writing USCIS) they won't tell you anything. USCIS hasgot my petition back from DOS over a year ago. It's truly mental anguish.

Thank you for this video. USCIS recieved my returned petition on 9/23/2019 ( returned from embassy, DOS ) Now over a year later I still haven't recieved anything in the mail from USCIS. Why haven't they sent me a RFE or ? Any idea when they will?
Should I file a lawsuit or how long should I wait? Or will a lawsuit delay it even longer?

Will do.. Call USCIS early in the morning and request to be transfer to an officer with a higher authority. They can see more of what is going on than the regular staffs that usually answer our inquiries.
@@tpena74 I tried that. I called USCIS and talked to a guy that knew somethings he put in an inquiry for me. He told me if they don't answer or I they don't answer the question to call back and I could talk to somebody higher up in 30 days. I called back they put me on a waiting list to talk to a agent they called me back 3 hours later. What a joke!! She looked up on USCIS website My Status, same thing I can see and she read it to me. When I asked a question all she could say was I don't have that information in front of me.
A big waste of time!
Every time I call USCIS the first people I talk to could tell me more than her. All the women I've spoked with tells me nothing, the men tell me much more and honestly try's to help.
If you get a higher up agent that helps you or gives you information, let me know I'll call USCIS back again.. thanks for your replys ... Al
What if the case has already been revoked by USCIS as a final judgment?
