Mera 1 consumer case mai district forum mai final hearing 1st date 8 December, 2023 tha usme bench absent fir next date 13 march, 2024 tha bench absent fir next date 12 July, 2024 tha bench busy on others work fir next date 16 July, 2024 opposite party absent fir abhi next date 28 October, 2024 consumer k liye consumer forum bana hai fir consumer ko hi sabse jyada harassment kyu ?

Mam I have query we have a pending case in NCDRC ghaziabad, and its been years and no update? Our 25 Lakh claim was rejected, due to non disclosurer of pre-existing disease, but we ourselves were not aware of that, we got to know about it when our claim was rejected

I got scammed from one Institute. They didn't delivery promise for that course and they said that it's non-refundable course amount. What should I do ma'am explain ma'am.

मेरी New Electric scooter purchase करणे के within 3 days बंद पड गई है। service center cooperate नही करते है just 2-3 days मे scooter मिल ही जायेगी बोलते है, but now 20 days हो गए है Scooter Service center मे है . Service center & company से Just time waste कर रहे है, कोई proper answer नही मिल रहा है, email को reply भी नही करते. Vehicle purchase करते time पर 2 बार PDI request की थी पर नहीं करने दी. So please suggest क्या करना चाहिए. Please reply
