    So without looking for free advice, what can you say about the problem of drinking at lunch time having been informed it was unacceptable over and over, can a defence be “ well I have done it for years” and you can’t start giving out to me now about it.

    Hi Terry, would announcing to your employer that you are looking for a new role (without officially giving notice ) class as misconduct or gross misconduct ,which could lead to a potential dismissal?
