Perhaps you are in southern Palm Harbor in Northern Palm Harbor those drive to the beaches are a little longer than what you said. Yes, it's awesome to live here

I don't mind the drive from North Palm Harbor. But you are right about this, it can take longer. Of course it depends on the time of day and traffic.

I love Howard. We’re east of Lake Tarpon and the drive to Howard is quick when you just want to spend an hour on the beach.

Thank you for this video! I truly appreciate the insight. PH seems much better than the 4 years I’ve spent in PA 😂
Growing up in Charlotte…I’m not built for winter. Though this winter wasn’t much of one.
    Cheers 🍻

Glad you enjoyed it! PH is really a great spot to be close to the water, tons of great golf, and good access to Tampa and St. Pete!

What’s not mentioned is that it can take 45+ minutes to get anywhere oh and when it rains people forget how to drive. Too many non Floridians living here now

LOL at the driving/rain comment! Traffic has increased over the years. But I don't find it terrible.

@@markfazzini what used to be less than a 20 minute drive can now take 45 to an hour due to the influx of people we have had move here with little not no regard to multi family housing or how it has effected our cost of living pricing Floridians out of the market

It's certainly great here, but we are bursting at the seams.

This is true! And there is still so much demand for the Tampa Bay Area.
