Unfortunately there is no way to do so yet. I'm hopeful they'll add something to the game soon that lets us do it. I still have no idea why I was able to survive on my motorcycle underwater in this video- I've never been able to recreate it so I assume it was a glitch- but I'm really glad it happened when I was filming and I was able to catch it for everyone to see.
By the way when I was watching this I was doing the mining job and I found an emerald and I mind it and then there was like a crystal that popped out of it and I put it in the thing where you put the things in and it gives you $150 and then I was at 2000 after I put that money in the bank and I was at 2000 money from now
You actually found the Uranium artifact, which is pretty rare. If you take that out of the mine before the timer runs out, you can then take it back to the museum.
