Not saying the live action version is completely terrible or anything. Visually, it's amazing in certain scenes and I love some of the original songs. However, especially in this song, it's so clear to see the difference in energy levels between this and the new movie's version. Compared to the original, everyone in the 2017 version sounds so dead and disinterested, accompanied by the straight up dead looks on most of their faces during the scene (not going to dig into the autotune because everyone already has) just completely drains the song of the magic the original holds. I honestly can't understand who could have looked at it and decided "Yeah, lets have those three frowning, that one too. No, you know what? Just make everyone frown and don't bother with energy, as long as the shot looks pretty, it's fine." -_-

Paige is MY Belle. Emma was less than average, Emilie in OUAT is great but Paige will always be Belle as far as I’m concerned! And being British you’d think I’d accept the cast of the 2017 version but for me their accents didn’t suit their characters, unlike in this film! Nope, Paige, Robbie, Jerry, David and Angela all the way for me!

When my father and I went to McDonald's I got Happy meals about the 100 year Disney toys and one of them was Belle from beauty and the beast and the other character was from Star wars and I was thinking about giving the Happy meals as birthday gifts for my sister! My sister used to go to that musical with Daddy once a long time ago! Sometimes I wonder if Belle ever did math or science or anything else when she reads books or something about history or Legends or prophecies perhaps!?

Emilie was a GOOD Belle for the role she played. Obviously not the OG Belle. But she was her own classic. In her own universe
