I have medium/long fingers, but when they are wrapped around the 2" Bar, my thumbs will only touch the middle and ring fingers. Doing the Zercher Lift with the Axle Bar works everything, including grip. Hopefully my left bicep behaves so I can train the Zercher Lift frequently again, it's the Ultimate Strength Builder.. You need big hands to get around that 2 inch bar! I just looked up the Zercher Lift. I have never done one. - Dave
