@@findingmyrootswoolmarketms it doesn't get the respect it deserves I think because of "Ride A Horse". People saw them as joke duo and never gave them further considerations about songs.
A lot of people who are unfamiliar with Big & Rich don't realize that Cowboy Troy, Two Foot Fred, and the painter, Rachel Kice, are all part of the ensemble known as the MuzikMafia, founded in 2001 in Nashville, by Big & Rich, Jon Nicholson. and Cory Gierman.
"Wait in The Truck" - Hardy Made it's rounds with reactors a little while ago a people such as myself still actively search for new reactions to it. And as a husband and father of 2 girls...
Another fun video is Gretchen Wilson - All Jacked Up. Please check out more female country artists, like Pistol Annies - Hell On Heels (Official Video) 🙂
There is a WHOLE genre of country music that's got this vibe. Party songs for days! Trace Adkins has a couple of them. Just imagine an enormous bar full of girls in daisy dukes doing line dancing and drinking pitchers of PBR. Gretchen Wilson - "I'm Here for the Party" is a fun one, too. There's also a hardcore country rap genre that's got yet another vibe. That mannequin-girl freaked me out, and I feel like they just found out she could do that, and just had to include it.
"Wild West Show" was the first song I heard by them and I was instantly hooked! One of favorites is "Holy Water" about the rape of Big Kenny's sister. They tackle all kinds of issues!
This is a great song, and the parts that make it great are the lyrics. When you talk and try to make a point, do it when the music is stopped. No wonder he isn't a fan of country music... I don't think he's ever really listened to it.
This was huge when it came out. Loved it instantly. And what a crazy video."Rollin'" is another early hit worth listening to. John Rich does some great stuff solo as well. The song (with its great video) "Shuttin' Detroit Down" is a favorite of mine.
Big & Rich are "Big" Kenny Alphin and John Rich. They were/are part of a collaboration of talent in Nashville called the Muzik Mafia which included singer Gretchen Wilson, Cowboy Troy, Spoken word Jen ( who played the part of the maniquin in this video) among a few others in this video. This was their breakout hit from their album "A horse of a different color". They have written songs for other artists and that is how they landed a record deal. From their first record they have a ton of good songs like Holy Water, Rollin' (the balled of Big & Rich), The Eighth of November to name a few.
Big Kenny and John Rich. Dude in gold shirt is John Rich! Y'all need to react to "Rollin'" next to hear Cowboy Troy do his "Hick Hop" rap! "Country Music Without Prejudice!"
Contrary to popular belief, country music is much more diversified than many people think. Much like rock music, there are so many sub-styles, classic, swing, rock-a-billy, bluegrass, western, bluesy, jazzy, etc. and yes, even some rap. There's something for everybody. However, recently some of gone overboard and losing the country part. (Don't get me started). Hope you do more country music, any and all styles. Peace!
Lol growing up I remember hearing save a horse ride a cowboy. Especially at the rodeos or out riding. Then when the song came out years later, it became a whole lot more popular.
That's Nashville man it's music city for a reason it don't start and end with country. I remember when they filmed that video shut the bridge down traffic was crap all day my dad was pissed he drove a cab at the time but that's also Nashville can mess up traffic shutting down a pedestrian bridge lol.
In the "rockstar" video there is one of the guy's from RICH AND BIGG breaking his banjo up in one of the scenes in the video. See if you know which one it is?
They cost production extra making this video. They damaged the bridge, taking vehicles and horses that weren't allowed. They chose to ignore it, and if I remember correctly, they did $50k in damages.
FN awesome BP. An Albino Pimp is priceless 🤣. Please have him on again. By far my favorite guest that you’ve had. Maybe next time do a song to make him think or do Piano Man. I’m here for it 🤘🏻🇺🇸👊🏻
Love ya Black P! Great reaction! Music is the great unifier. And the blond tall guy is ‘Big Kenny’ and you’re right, the gold shirt is John Rich. He has a mad restaurant and bar in Nashville. ♥️
Another fun video would be "God Bless Texas" from the band Little Texas. It has the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Squad in the video. Y'all will definitely love the video

The one in the cowboy hat is John Rich and the guy to his right is Big Kenny. He used to have a big top hat he wore that a veteran gave him. Check out “8th of November” and you’ll see the guy that gave him the top hat. 6:23 “mini-me” is Two Foot Fred. He’s part of the music mafia that Big and Rich created for those that the industry thought wasn’t good enough. They had all kinds of artist join them. The “mannequin” is an actual woman that can hold herself still and not make any motion. You’ll see at the end she winks.
There was a time in my life ( mid 20’s to mid 30’s) when I hated music like this because it was called country. I also hated grunge when it came out because it took away heavy rock ‘n’ roll. As I got older, I realized I can appreciate all music. But I do still hate today’s country because it’s called country, when it’s not country. But I can still love the song, i just hate the misbranding. I still love a true country song. I love the music, I just hate when it’s called country. I love so many different genres of music, I just hate when they’re put in the wrong genre. Especially country music. PS. After I realized I was being closed minded, I realized I love this song. And their song 8th of November is AMAZING!
The black guy, Cowboy Troy, is a country rapper. He's also a big dude, 6'5" 250 lbs.
Idk if anyone else mentioned it, but John Rich won Celebrity Apprentice & donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital
he's a racist
Yes, that's John Rich in the gold shirt, and Big Kenny in the jacket.
8th of November is probably the most important songs they've done. I really appreciate their support of our troops, past and present.

Rollin' (The Ballad of Big & Rich) one awesome song featuring Cowboy Troy.

If you want to listen to a song telling a story of theirs. Then listen to “8th of November”
Tell him country music tells the story, but they keep clean, unlike rap music videos.
The bridge is in Nashville.
I can guarantee if John Rich heard y’all call him an Albino Pimp with his sense of humor, he’d laugh his ars off

Yeah country music doesn't usually have the girls actually ON the men. Just showing attributes 😂
Country is usually classier than that, they infer the scene rather than it be in your face so to speak.
Black P, I know you have a lot of love and respect for the military. 8th of November is a must reaction!
Big Kenny in the top hat, John Rich in gold. Music Mafia
