Potty Training Red Flags

Children are born ready to begin learning potty skills, but most mainstream potty training methods are sadly just not aligned with the way children learn and develop. Unfortunately in our society we are used to accepting this! We know most mainstream schools are not an ideal learning environment for most children but that's just the way we do things so keep doing it... I don't see why parents should accept intensive "3 day" methods which don't suit their child's unique temperament or the way that most children learn. Parents come to me all the time with red flags that their children are rejecting the approach but they don't know what to do instead... so let's normalise a gentle approach where children have preparation time, are treated as capable of learning the 40 skills they need to master in an unhurried way rather than all at once! littlebunnybea...
