red chili powder 2 tsp
coriander powder 1 +1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
salt
For coconut frying
coconut oil 4 tbs
grated coconut 1/2 cup
cardamom 2 nos
cinnamon stick 2 inch
cloves 6 nos
star(thakkolam) 1/2 portion
black pepper 15 nos
curry leaves
fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
