Nice video.i have the same camera with correct micro sd but all the videos i take 4k 60ft underwater are all slow motion or with lag when see them later on camera or the app…any idea?

Hi, good review! I have two questions. 1) the audio of the videos heard through the cam speaker is very very low, almost none. I recorded the videos without a case, both through the internal and external mic supplied. Is this normal or is my cam faulty? 2) what's that little "rod" next to the power button? It looks like a led but it never turns on. Thanks
Hey there Jervi, thanks for watching! You mentioned an external mic and an internal mic - did you get an external mic with yours? Mine didn't come with an external mic, it's just the internal mic. But as for the low audio, I know I always got decently loud audio. And when I was up close talking to the camera sometimes it would be way too loud and clipping. So it might be that you do have a faulty camera, I would definitely contact Exprotrek support and see what they have to say. And as for the little rod next to the power button -- you know what, I don't exactly know what that does! I think it might light up when you use the remote to take a photo, but I'm not totally sure.

I contacted the support and they said it's normal. The important thing is that it feels good once the video is taken to a pc or other device. As for the led next to the power button, they told me that on the single screen cam it turns on when the wifi is active while on the dual screen cam it's not functional. It's purely decorative. I want to trust what they said.

the sound on mine is terrible. Maybe there is an adjustment or a way to plug in an external mic.
