Thanks for taking time to put this info on the internet. It was really helpful, as all the info I could find elsewhere did not have the exact configuration as mine. The carb you did had the same choke stuff, and you’re explanation really helped me figure out what to do w all those adjuster bolts. Now if o could only find a vacuum hose diagram/video for the same carb

You're in luck! I've got a three-part video series on my TH-cam channel where I go into excruciating detail on the process of identifying each of the systems and the vacuum lines that control them, and even go through the process of rebuilding the vacuum-advance harness. Here is the first:

@@bbsbcv thank you a ton! I’m not internet savvy, so it’s been a chore to get this far haha. With your video on vacuum stuff I might get the old truck happier than ever!

On that heated choke riser....mine is sucking air right now and I got surge idle. I noticed a white plug on the choke housing on carb shown here - is that a breather filter for heat riser choke? Please help!

Geez, so much detail. I make final adjustments on the engine with engine running. But it all starts with basic cold adjustments to fire the engine and observe how everything functions. You think the 2150 is middle of the road in complexity, I think it is an easy simple to work on carburetor. You say potatoe, I say potato.
Good video, thank you for your intelligent confabulation.

Thank you greatly for uploading this and sharing. It has been extremely helpful. At the end you didn’t have to make any adjustments to the unloader. But if you did, where do you make the adjustment to open it up wider?

Thanks Bob- You did not have to make the final adjustment but I need to - (27/64) WOT- how do I get my WOT to open, what screw is used? Looks like prior to adjusting, there in no vac applied and choke is returned to its normal setting vmark with little line on electric choke? Also, having an issue with the idle stop anti diesel solenoid. Mine is set in the mid range but nowhere near close enough to do its job (I tested it with 12v, it works) I can put my index finger between the stop and the pushed in solenoid rod - way too much gap! Supposed to be pushed in and a gap of 5/16 between solenoid plunger rod and stop. In your video, your solenoid appears correct and is set in the mid range, can't figure why mine is so far off! Help!

How do you adjust the 27/64 adjustment if it was in need of adjustment?

Bi Bob - great video! Where can I get a copy of the spec sheet that you used?

Each rebuild kit usually comes with its own diagram and spec sheet. Alternately, the shop manual will have those specifications.
