Is this a joke? Are you seriously portraying this as this woman's "new theory" about the Pantheon because she flew a drone? The Pantheon we see today was built by Hadrian in the early second century after the original (built by Agrippa for Augustus, it says his name right on it) had burned down multiple times. The fact that the Pantheon and the Mausoleum of Augustus were linked has been known FOR A LONG TIME
If you have two points, you always can connect them with a straight line: they'll always be "perfectly aligned". I don't get the point here, or the explanation isn't complete. Was it an architectural cohesive something, with a visual link between the two structures, like an uncommonly large road for ex., with an unobstructed view from one building to the other ? But why were they so far from each other ? Did some festivities take place, like a procession, or a militairy parade, during which Augustus was treated as a 13th Olympian god or something like that ?
She, the "archeologist" said absolutely nothing archeological in this video, i learned nothing from her 😂 if you take her off from this video, video is more informative 🤔😂
I mean when you considering its lasted as long as it has and that most modern buildings we’ve built wouldnt last nearly as long against the elements, id say its pretty damn impressive.
the romans built things... that is what they were... builders... why... is the question.... in the front of the building you see a number of triangles.... and that theme continues up to the roof... what that means is square.... corners... that the body of the building is missing... because... it is round.... like the earth... that seems to build on top of itself...

She went to the same archeology school as every scholar on ancient aliens.
Was life changing to see this beautiful building
A drone, when there is Google? And see two sites that are perfectly aligned? When are two points not perfectly aligned?
Right, aligned with what?
I was there yesterday.. absolutely amazing building
It’s Common knowledge that Hadrian rebuilt the Pantheon
Surely any 2 buildings can be “perfectly aligned” 😂

Brilliant
Il Panthéon è un opera ingegneristica straordinaria perfetto costruito duemila anni fa ciò dimostra la grande abilità degli antichi romani
To say that is the most impressive building ever is debatable
Definitely right up there

i dont think youve ever seen anything thats over a thousand years or older in person
It is. It’s the largest concrete dome without reinforcement. It is one of the most impressive buildings.
It’s 1900 years old. And still fully operational.
If anyone's very very into Roman history I warmly recommend Schwerpunkt
