Coach Mike keeping it real. We are very fortunate to be 3-0 right now. Not saying the team didn't earn it but from this point on the schedule is brutal. But this team has faith in itself. I know that players say that all the time but now it seems more real. I'm all in.
I don't care what anyone says. This man is one of the best coaches in the league. (Not based on results or tenure he's rookie HC after all) But in approach, teaching, focus and just plain doing things the right way. He is going to be a awesome head coach for many many years to come. (Hopefully with the Hawks for most if not all of that) Mike McDonald you are on another level. Go Hawks.
I got a question that is Seahawks media caliber that I would like asked next press conference: “Mike you scored more points than the dolphins yesterday, how important is scoring more points than the opponent for winning football games?”
I think we should forbid questions that start with "how do you feel about X" and also "What did you see in player X". They held minimal value and get the most boring, generic answers. You get paid and have years of experience as a journalist. Is it that hard to generate 5 adequate questions per week?
would have liked to hear some questions about our glaring weakness which is the oline. maybe a little less glazing next time and ask some questions in regards to where we need serious growth
He talked about it at the beginning. What else could he say? Theyre working on it. Doesn’t get solved overnight. Ask the same question 50 different ways?

Glad someone FINALLY asked about the interior guard position. I'd ask, is it time to bench Bradford? Even Tomlinson is weak. Surprised Forsythe played decently considering he's 3rd string. I couldn't agree more. The question asked at 08:09 had already been answered twice and once yesterday. I understand reporters have to find angles and ask questions to obtain info and quotes but it's really become somewhat frustrating to hear some of what's asked. Not everyone is doing that (I think Brian N asks some good questions) but yeah, it's kinda painful at times.
That uncomfortable few moments of silence was...kinda uncomfortable 😂🤣😅🙂 there were no "Hey Mike! Good game coach!"..nothingg! Just silence...I don't know if any of these reporters know that WE WON TGE EFFING GAME!! How about one brief minute of light banter? This vibe is SOOO SERIOUS. Give it a few weeks, I always get excited that they’ve “fixed it” and then in a few weeks it just goes back to the awful audio
It's a lot easier for them to do this when they're inside in the conference room. When they're doing outdoor interviews it's still not good.
