Happy father's day.... Great job on the maintenance. Sorry you lost your tractor but you will work through it. Rowan is so beautiful, she is happy and growing.. great job mom and dad
Such a beautiful little girl you have there. Well done guys. Maintenance is so important in your environment, thankfully you are well aware of the need. All the best from Perth Westrrn Australia.
Just discovered your channel today. Looks like we are neighbors. I’ll have to watch your previous videos later. Too many chores to get done during our short summer and before we know it, the salmon will be running.
Ooh Rowan is sooo cute. She seems like a contented baby. Was so looking forward to a video with Rowan in it ❤️. That last one was messy Cody. Next video hopefully we get a glimpse of your garden. 🇦🇺 fan.
I enjoyed this video you certainly know your stuff cody the homestead looks lovely and green and baby Rowan is coming along beautifully pretty little girl.well take care of yourselves till next time 👍👍❤
Pull the dipstick out and oil filler cap off any of the equipment you maintain. This way you don’t create a vacuum in the engine to keep the oil from coming out. (I hope I ain’t preaching to the choir.) Also for your sawmill shop, a solid table, vice, and an anvil will serve you justice. Taking the nut off the CV axle on the Hub end makes for easier removal of the axle.
So I’m sitting here saying don’t take that oil filter out then crank it up. 😂😂😂. I laughed because I’m a 70 year old woman and my husband and now my son changed my oil so I knew but we live and learn. At least you stopped when the oil spilled over
I can almost guarantee those bolts are going to break off if you try to force them out which means the exhaust manifold will have to come off to remove the broken bolts. Trust me on this one. Spray the bolts down good with penetrating oil and take the truck someplace with a oxy-acetylene torch and let them heat up around the bolts so they come out without breaking. It will be much cheaper in the long run!
Hey guys, thanks for sharing. Good to see you keeping on top of things. Sorry to hear about further tractor issues, but it sounds like you've got rid of what could have turned into a long term headache. Hopefully you find something else in the future as a (smaller?) tractor will help around the place. As has been mentioned, may be worth getting a shop to deal with the exhaust manifold bolts so you don't end up in a worse mess and stuck at home with it. Stay safe all and keep moving forwards!
I’m thinking that your exhaust leak is from a Broken manifold bolt from the impact of the rock most times they break first. The y pipe bolts don’t. And if you leave a broken manifold bolt you can burn out the valves
@@linhaton4957they probably earn tons of money off from their you tube channel. They are super popular! My question is why don’t they work on finishing getting their actual house in order, how about getting working water so you can all bathe yourselves and a baby.
Audacity! Such a rude question but they answered it already. They really are quite amazing for how well they have done by living frugally, saving and working hard to be able to live out their dreams. They were only 27 when they made this move so they must be 28 now. Look for the Q&A video they did.
Just a little fyi when your checking oil in lawn mower snow machine dirt bike four wheeler etc you don’t screw the dipstick in to check the oil you just set it on top where threads meet. So you may have not put enough oil back in and I’d hate to see you mess up that engine because lack of oil. May want to check your owners manual just to verify but on most things it’s more common not to thread it back in to check oil level then it is to thread it back in…
You guys keep up with the maintenance is good! I was taught that if we take care of our machines, they will take care of us in the long run! I am the same with my computers!
Y’all’s baby is ADORABLE! Happy Father’s Day young man! I really enjoy your channel!

That oil plug only needs to be snug . If you over tighten it you, stand a good chance of cracking the block .

Beautiful helpers❤️
Tips on storing sleds outside jack them up track off the ground
Lift 5he sled up so the track is off the ground and then you will get the bolts in
Thanks, best of luck. ✌🏻👊🏼
Great video. I loved seeing sweet Rowan.
Sorry to hear about the tractor. Would have been nice to have handy. Renting works too.

Yes!
You might get lucky, probably not.
It's really a really bad dream to avoid

Hi from Colorado Springs 😀
Happy Fathers Day🎉
We use rockauto. The prices are really good. They do ship to Alaska. When I had to get a new engine for my car we had it barged up from Seattle.

🇳🇴👍👍🥇
How do y'all get by since y'all don't work?
Maybe the Government Assistance. Wondered how they afford Healthcare. They don’t talk much about themselves.
none of your business
Go clear back to the beginning, and they explain. I am sure with Healthcare, they are using Obama care. But as stated before, not our business.
