I kinda like this meta rn. As you mentioned it’s not as aggressive and it’s slower and strategic. It feels soft but fun to play. Plus to really love looking at the art for this expansion. There’s still much to experiment with!
I'm excited about the current meta game. Most of the time I feel like my decisions affect the outcome of the match. I liked the early Whizbang meta, but I like the current playstyle much more.
Came back to hearthstone last week, managed to craft a bunch of good decks and just today i went on a 9 winstreak and got diamond for the first time with odyn warrior. decks insane so crazy you can deal 70 dmg in one turn loved the video, subbed!
Despite the low number of new cards being used, the new set has had a notable impact on the meta. I’ve really been enjoying myself with the current control archetypes. It’s likely that a balance patch will come and shake things up soon to increase the set relative power level so budget players be aware.
Obrigado David pela legenda! I play as Odin warrior, but one bug still make me sad😢. I only have one "garrosh's gift" and can't craft or farm these card! Blizzard will fix it when? All new players and the old players who come back to game have the same issue tham me?😅
I think it would be cool to metion that the elemental mage build doesn't really need Saruun. Sure a 3.2% delta is significant but for 0 epics and 0 legendaries you can still have a 55.7%WR competitive deck
I think it is quite normal that the set released in final phase of the year shows relatively low influence on the meta. Though I would like to see more cool spaceships on the meta. Actually I really had fun with the Tavern Brawl this week where we are only allowed to use example decks!
If anyone out there is trying Elemental Mage, I'd reccomend subbing out Molten Rune and one copy of Spontaneous Combustion for Incidius and Supernova. Incidius' spells are actually Fire spells so they benefit from Saruun, and Supernova helps against the late game armor decks to give you a much needed reach for lethal when your hand is most likely going to be empty when you get into the topdeck phase anyways. I was able to hit legend in under 35 games because I was winning every mirror match and evened out my bad matchups with Supernova and Incidius saving some games.
I wouldn't recommend since we have no statistics on it, but I have seen a lot of success with draenei warrior. I think it's really underrated and fun :3
There are a lot of such decks. For example, Starship Hunter was quite effective in the first days after release, but its presence at high ranks is minimal. At the same time, at low ranks, there is a huge variety.
I'm genuinely enjoying this meta so much. This is honestly the first expansion in a about a year that doesn't make me wanna uninstall the game. Wild is still completely facked tho
so what is pack buying sequence after getting all rares? whizbang (190 avg dust/pack) -> badlands(188) -> Titans(173) how much avg dust/pack is Perils in Paradise and how much is Great Dark Beyond?
tbh I played dungar druid to legend and I had a 80% winrate against mages but suffered against most control decks I overall had a 74% wr elemental mage is braindead easy to play against because of oaken summons and how much armor u gain but control decks are tricky because you honestly dont have enough gas to beat them unless u get a very very early dungar or strong play before they have enough mana for stronger tools
They have to do something with Elemental Mage thats for sure.. they have just too many ways to get cheap elementals and too hard to break the chain of elementals.. Lamp Lighter should be able to hit only minions... not heroes.. it is just too much with their other cheap options..
Priest is ded, all new cards are atriciously bad, old cards are aggro trash , in a control meta priest which once WAS THE CONTROL, now has no place, sad really..
Great false advertising and I believed it, I thought DK's cards were incredible, only to later realize that they have low-impact effects! Blizzard spends a lot on art, stories for a card collection but forgets that all of this is not important! What really matters in a card game are cards with diverse effects that contribute to a significant increase in strategy within the game! And Hearthstone failed to deliver that! The top 300 legendary players and above are playing with the old builds, replacing some cards from the new collection.

Aside from elemental mage which is, as always, hot garbage.
liking the 9/10 games elemental games meta is crazy 💀
Until quasar rogue kills you turn 4 with 0 interaction lmao

I think renethal's reintroduction is what changed the meta, alongside the pirate nerfs
It felt like an expansion, besides quasar rogue it looks like they just gave us a couple of useful cards

I'm playing Nostalgia Shaman and Pizza's Astroid/Lava Combo deck and im doing great. Always above 60% WR.

@HearthstoneMathematics the presence of these decks is something I really enjoy
It's very bad as someone who played it over 70 game i can say it's inconsistent
BRASIL MENCIONED!!!!!🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

I'd say stop taking any packs from last year.
@@horiabalta8874 I know, thats not in question
Starship hunter is gonna go hard soon.
The impact is low, and that is a good think... after the rotation the overal power level will drop.... at last.
I like the new expansion and the new decks, but i hate that i can't really play starship dk because reno exists.
Obrigado David!
i am having fun. i like this kind of videos

Up
It’s never a priest deck
There's an aggro priest deck that is doing well right now as well as coal priest
@@BigMeat12321I’ve ran both, losses to a lot of meta.
