Mine lasted 6-7 months started having issues with the top arm not spinning and seizing randomly only to start back up. Then I got a E3/6 error (that reseted itself after I unplugged and plugged it back in). It finally died when I filled her up, started a cycle and then..... nothing. HAVA has piss poor customer service as they did not want to send in a new unit, instead a new pump was sent. They diagnosed the problem was with a short video I sent them. HAVA refused to give me even a partial refund and told me to take it up with Amazon. It was a great machine for the time it lasted. Buyer beware I guess!
Its a great device if you don't have a dishwasher and live alone but it would be better if you also could customize the washing time and temparature more
It looks cute but I can't think where you'd put a spatula. The handle will be too fat to go in the cutlery caddy and it would fall through the dish rack. would one stay on that upper cup rack or would the water knock it off during cleaning?
I have this dish washer, you don't have to add more water for the rinse cycle it washes and goes straight into rinse on the three jugs of water that you put in at the start. Its brilliant and washes well
I have had this exact same unit for almost 2 years. Use it almost daily. Still works great!

Does the washer condensate after washes? If so, what have you done to minimize or eliminate the excess condensation?
Its does have a upper arm issue. Stops turning had to get a new machine. You just cant get replacement parts either.

I put mine on the bottom rack and if placed properly it won't fall through the rack to the bottom.

If purchased off of amazon, yes, you can do a 2 or 3 year warranty I believe.
