Scroll to map interactions

Make scroll to map interactions in Figma Design. This demo uses placeholder frames in lieu of using the offset values for navigating a map with scroll to interactions.

Is there a way to reverse this, so let's say you scroll around and when you are in the target window area the button gets selected and goes to the on state?

What actions would you add so that each button state lights up corresponding to each area of the map?

Also is there a way to link it so the navigation follows the user down as the user is scrolling the map vertically?
