For what it's worth, I am 50 with slightly hooded eyes and normal-ish skin, and I've used MAC Paint Pot in Painterly as my eyeshadow primer for probably the last decade. 😊 It lasts forever!

@@n_spin oh good to know! I’ve never had any Mac products but I have heard good things about that one, I’ll look into it ☺️

I hope Lethal isn't moving away from single shadows. With the new Dexter collection it seems like they're focusing on IP collab.
Thankfully, I haven't encountered any changes with my Lethal shimmers. Only the dark shimmers tend to become drier with age, but I noticed that with other brands, too.
To some extent I understand reducing the number of singles, especially the older shimmer formulas (which I still enjoyed, but I know a lot of people didn't). I checked their website and 9 shadows I own have been discontinued and 10 are still available. I've actually used up and repurchased a few Lethal shades before and I'm sad I won't be able to repurchase Nymph, Mainframe and Spirit a second time.
I also struggle with bronzers looking too orange. Some brands have tried to counteract that by making their bronzers more yellow or even a bit olive, but that looks even worse on me. Some brands also make pinky bronzers but they still look like they'd be too warm. For something to read like a bronzer on me it needs to be a very desaturated cool-pink leaning brown.

@@imaginarycosmetics yes I am hoping they aren’t moving away from singles either because I use my singles from them a lot and truly enjoy them. I was shocked how many I have no longer existed and some of my shades are better off than others. But I was like they are still dry because when I would swatch one that hadn’t dried out at all there was a major difference between the ones I purchased in 2023 with their newer formula versus my palettes I made in 2020/2021. I’m still waiting for those couple shades to come in stock to order and once I do and they arrive I will make a full video dedicated to the topic and showing everything.
Bronzers are so frustrating because I understand they are supposed to bring warmth to the face but that doesn’t mean I want to look orange 😂 I like a neutral bronzer and people argue they are cool leaning and that’s not the point of bronzer, but then they comment when people look orange! So I will have to search for a bit when I run out of this bronzer from hourglass and it is running low enough to where I should probably start looking now to prepare.
