I've been a trainer for 20 years and I know a lot of rich overweight people. Having money lets you afford a personal trainer and a personal chef but what most people don't think about is you also have the money to go to restaurants buy plenty of alcohol etc. Rich people can afford to go out to eat all the time which is extremely fattening. Ultimately you still have to put that work in and watch your diet.
