Deku boi. His style of painting faces is so unique I love it. Realistically deformed enough to catch your eye, then you notice how sinister and devilish they are. Really unreal
The faces are what really do it to me. They’re so attention grabbing, looking dead but glaring at you with emotion like they’re not. I imagine he started with a deformed shape of a skull then imposed the face, but with blurred features that question whether they’re looking right at you or even have eyes at all. It’s the uncertainty that gives life to that uneasiness
@Dekks Zelphics I need to apologize. I truly don't think any dog is ugly, I love all dogs! There is a "world's ugliest dog" that looks like the dog depicted in this painting and it's based on the premise that dogs are so pure and precious and loving that ugliness or prettiness doesn't even register with them. They just love unconditionally. I'm sorry, I know how that sounded. Please just look up "world's ugliest dog" and you'll see the similarity. They're both adorable!

Gilmar it was someone else who painted these, they were on the walls of his home, some on the second floor which wasn't there when he died
