thanks for the advice yup same thing happened to me it nearly left me strand it after replacking the sensor fuel pressure ZI think they are all fake ended up using the old one cleaning it with dioxit and egr as you stated .. it rungs great! thank you brother from Salt Lake City!
Dang dude right off the bat noticed it helped. My car had the fuel rail pressure sensor replaced 3 times by me and others thinking thats what it was, now its idling like its supposed too😂 thanks so much❤
Try clean those components including the intake housing don’t forget to install new gaskets and or replace the egr too because if causing you problems already , is going to be worse on parts that already wear out.... good look and GOD BLESS

@@user-dw1in8mw4s the EGR was one of the problems too, that’s probably why you have the code for the fuel rail sensor, because I replaced the fuel sensor the code deleted by it self but a week later the EGR code come back
I did all this I changed all 4 of my o2 sensors I changed my fuel rail sensor and I did the last part you did and its still shutting off on me while driving
If you cleaned up the small sponge or air filter and didn’t work? Maybe is time to replace the entire EGR. Check and clean the air flow meter sensor is attached to the intake tube connected to the engine air filter I think is call map sensor

Great tip worked so far. Engine sounded better right away
2005 that had the same issue! P0193 and P0191 errors. Changed the fuel filter and did this and it worked great!! Thank you!

How long did the fix last?
In my case it work for another 2 months and then I decided to replaced the egr

i’m having the same problems and codes - i have a V8 so no EGR valve 😭😭
Try fuel pressure sensor and or try the pressure of the fuel pump too or check the airflow meter can be dirty or bad

@@etimeah never try 02 sensor or catalytic converters or an air leak or vacuum leak check if the crank position sensor is not damage
@@JESUSISRAELCRUIZ ive done o2 sensors, crank and camshaft sensors but i haven’t done a vacuum leak test, that’s the next on my list
@@etimeah don’t forget about throttle position body and airflow meter specially if you have those ugly nasty k&g filters
I changue the whole egr valve fuel filter spark plugs fuel pump cables maf sensor and stills dies at idle .

Is just a filter to stop any debris going inside and clogged the egr
