A Leeds fan on a Sunderland preview podcast said he didn't care how they played; they just had to go up. That's the pressure when the edge the parachute payments give you is fading away, and you'll drop back into the pack financially. It's a hell of an advantage. Not much fun watching dull football but you are still well-placed and you have to think you'll play better.
@@SDPlissken They know the best chance of going up is when you have financial advantage which will be greatly reduced next season..the fact that Ipswich might not be an anomaly and Sunderland might well throw a spaner in the works this season has got them antzy,
Big picture is the legacy of the summer window means we have not got the strike power to convert chances; the 2022 side had goal thrat all over the place and this team does not. On the plus side the team defends better than the 2022 side.
Once again agreeing with pretty much everything you said, nice one Mike. We wont get promoted playing this way, I hate the Prem so not fussed but at least entertain me.

That’s because Leeds fans are the most entitled fans in the country.

We’re not creating chances to convert. And that’s not the fault of the transfer business.
Money rules the game unfortunately!! The gap is getting wider!!
