This is a great video. I like to see how folks modify their planes. 😊

Very nice variation of the Lidl glider craze 👍 In my opinion one of the best .. allthough there are many cool variations out there. But yours is simple and well functioning .. but still gives room for some fun and advanced flying! Doing one first time myself .. and was thinking of making it Ahi or Le Fish like .. meaning acrobatic just like yours. My thought was adding balsa control surfaces in extention, but your idea is much better. Hope you don't have a copyright on it 😄

I gotta agree. I just found one of these on amazon since we don't have lidl stores in USA.www.amazon.com/dp/B08C7ZKY8B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_J3V08SHH9JM7AJT39W2Y
Also I'm in process of converting one of these to rc...

superb project...starting from scratch (except for the glider I already have) how much would you say I'd have to spend to build mine on the cheap? Not only motor and servos, but transmitter, battery, charger, rods, wires... thanks

I believe it's actually EPO, EPP is more dull doesn't shine like that. EPP is also more durable and would not damage like the vertical stabilizer did. Nice video, I wonder if they still sell this.

I bought one last week. I fly RC as well as pg and ppg and had exactly the same idea to convert it. Discovered loads of vids on line with people doing it. Check out this one .

Amen fellows! I've been a mechanic for over 30 years, I still find it funny that some car parts come with instructions! As we at the shop say, "step #1, if you need these instructions, you are not qualified to do this repair!" !!! :-)

L'unica parte più utile e che hai omesso è come fare le parte mobili e lo scanso x muovere gli alettoni. Peccato.
