Battlefield 3 - AH1Z Viper Attack Helicopter Gameplay

I recoded some random gameplay yesterday. This time i was actually piloting the Viper instead of gunning. I would say i did a good job :).
Sorry that it cuts off so suddenly, i did not expect youtube to not allow 15:59. So i had to cut the ending.

how can anyone dislike this? your flying skills are amazing. i myself am an avid AH-1Z flyer on BF3 (xbox 360 though. all my buddies have it on that). keep up the good air support!

can heat seekers lock on ground targets if painted?

gunner would fire guided missle, pilot opens up with rockets, gunner uses 30 round cannon to either finish the job and get engineers trying to repair if any jumpers jump out.

@OshiSeven lazing of course. In this video you see some people shoot at lazed targets. But really i just find it useful to find and keep track of enemy's.

@theycallmeherbie I prefer using the TV missile to disable (or maybe even kill) the tank from afar then have the pilot open fire on the tank while im in flight with the TV missile. And then if he is still alive somehow kill it with the cannon. No need to get your self into danger.

What is the benefit of having the laser painter as a lone pilot?

guided rockets better suited, they make your primary dummy rockets semi guided, as long as your rockets close to a target they will hit, far better then laser painter, laser painter good if your gunner has guided missle but still would a pilot rather have his gunner use

Which loadout are you using on the chopper here?

guided missle to lock on air targets with laser painter or would a pilot be better off with long range accuracy with guided rockets, best specs would be for pilot guided rockets, flares or extinguisher and heat seekers, gunner has autoloader, flares or thermal optics and guided missle. With these specs a heli team can take a tank out in a single strafe.
