Most definitely if i had known when I started, i was going to drill a borehole. The next stages don't need much water so the investment can be held of for now.

I commend your openess but I cant help but mention that the quantities are outrageous the footrpint of the house looks small. 400 bags of cement on such a small? how so? I am sorry but whoever is working for you on the ground is stealing from you. 18k usd for substructure only. sorry my friend you need someon you can trust on the ground. even if the land was flat it doesnt mean the cost should baloon like that.

He initial hired contractor he had to let go after doing some work. I think thus the reason why the cost is too high. He had to start all over again
