I have no idea what you mean by '4 vocal ranges', because that's definitely not a thing I've heard singers talk about. Are you taking about the differences, for example, between falsetto and chest vocal ranges perhaps? Because honing multiple ranges is once again something all singers are expected to do, and not impressive. You seem to just be comparing him to pop singers, because of course he'd sound impressive that way.
Ready for a surprise? I love brendon urie, and I DO think he's one of the best vocalists around in mainstream music today, but your reasons for calling him a good vocalist just make him sound mediocre. Please don't defend your idols if you're not entirely sure what you're talking about, you're inadvertently making them look worse.

i love this version of this because u can tell that brendon is struggling a little to hit the notes in the chorus (“we’ll stay DRUNK we’ll stay TAN” etc), probably due to a sore throat or just havin a bad day (those notes are right on his bridge i believe) but in the second chorus he adapts so well and starts flipping up and around the difficult notes, in falsetto and the such. and then ofc the notes above it (the “golden days” parts) he’s still totally fine on.
i’ve just been watching a lot of vocal coach videos recently and it’s very cool to see how well brendon knows his voice and how quickly he adapts to make the song easier for himself
