I stumbled upon this woman today and can’t stop listening to her. Like many others, I grew up with Whitney and was truly devastated when she died. I find it hard to believe how much Glennis’s voice resembles the queen’s. She has the voice and the stage presence to go with it. It also doesn’t hurt that she looks fabulous. Glennis is different. Her communication with the audience is as good as anyone who has ever lived. Her articulation and phrasing is superior to any singer I've ever hear including Whitney. And as far as Glennis Voice. Disrespectful to Whitney Houston and her memory to imply Glennis is superior. I can hear errors in her delivery of some English words. She mimics the sound of Whitney and would be better if she took the songs and made them her own. I've been in the music business all my life, performer, producer, etc: Only a few weeks ago was I made aware of Glennis in an AGT audition. I cryed. I've seen numerous Whitney tribute singers. Glennis is different. Her communication with the audience is as good as anyone who has ever lived. Her articulation and phrasing is superior to any singer I've ever hear including Whitney. And as far as Glennis Voice. " I believe if Whitney and Glennis had been born with the opposite birthdates, Whitney wouuld now be sing tributes to Glennis" I am overcome with the talent that this beautiful, intellegent woman has shared with the world. Disrespectful to Whitney Houston and her memory to imply Glennis is superior. I can hear errors in her delivery of some English words. She mimics the sound of Whitney and would be better if she took the songs and made them her own. She has a similar tone in some areas but a big difference in power, timbre, resonance and control that Whitney mastered live. Whitney’s transitions into head voice and chest voice were the best ever. Her voice resonated its own echo and encased with a warm rich tone. Never in our lifetime will we hear that again. It’s kind of weird and creepy Glennis is bringing kids on stage and copycat style of Whitney’s Heroes concert. 👇🏾👇🏾
