My Barbershop group in Saint Paul hosted these guys and they did Dummy in our concert. Unbelievable talent and what an honor to sing on the same stage with them. Absolutely hilarious quartet!
I was 10 and still 10 years away from finding my way to this hobby. Can someone explain what Freestyle meant by 12th place mic testers / fourth place bronze medalist mike testers? Was there a tie the year before, and 11th place was the first ones to go? And did the fourth place medalist from last year go first this year?
the year beforehand, there was a computing error whilst the MC was reading off the top 10 quartets to enter the finals, however, soon they had found out that there were 11 quartets in the finals. when freestyle did the mic-test, they made a bucket-load of jokes about it, of course to the judges and the committee's expense. also, 4th place from 2002 dropped to 5th this year, i think they were just trying to be "realistic" as far as "realistic" can be lol

Okay, who's the tenor? 34 second post!
Todd Kidder
the tenor is in artstic lisence and same with the lead
@@tylercollins9323 actually the tenor left artistic license due to his work schedule and was replaced by a younger tenor named Julian Katsuni
@@steveboone1498 one of the best Tenors in the Society that never won
@@d.lamarelliott7370 one of the best that never made it to the top five in any competition except for district and prelims.
Are these guys still in barbershop?
The lead and tenor were in Artistic License (top 10 for a few years), but I’m not sure about the others.
