Hi, great video! Our family used to live in PDC but prices are going up since we were there in ‘18. We’re in Mérida now- has everything we need but we’re missing the beach lol
The beach has a lot of sargassum right now so you’re not missing out on much! 😂
Great info man! I live in Centro and it's pretty basic and simple studio for the same price. Looking to find other places but I really like the convenience of the location.
Yeah centro is very convenient. But you can also find some great places not too far from there.

Great information 👍 I need to find an apartment when I move to PDC. The prices are extremely expensive in the center I speak Spanish and some Mexican people also rent places for that type of prices so expensive 250000 pesos for an estudio . Hopefully I can find a place for a reasonable price . Your apartment look very nice 👌 👍
Yes it's definitely not hard to find something more affordable in PDC. I'll share some tips in my next video.
Hey great information! I'm going to stay near fifth Avenue for a month or two soon. How much should I expect to budget for food? I imagine it's easier to eat out than to buy and cook food in a foreign country. Aside from Rent and food did you have any unexpected high expenses?
That’s a tough question to answer because you can spend as little or as much as you want. Mexico is a cheap country but Playa Del Carmen is catered to tourists so it can also be expensive. If you haven’t already, check out my two most recent videos. I go into a bit more detail about that.

Hello there.... a couple of questions: where did you rent the scooter and how much does it cost? Can you recommend the shop where you rented? My main concern renting a scooter there is that it can get stolen. Is it safe to leave it unattended? What if it gets stolen?
Hi. I have more info about the scooter and how I bought it here: th-cam.com/video/Bus5zIlxrgU/w-d-xo.html. I haven’t heard of a scooter being stolen in PDC during the day when left unattended. And at night, I leave it in my building compound.
