Thanks for the positive feedback everyone! I'm gonna keep coming up with more solo drills for you guys. As per the sticks I am definitely looking into being able to provide these sticks for sale! Stay posted!
3:27 Good way to look at it, ''not putting all my bigger/stronger muscle groups into it'' I've never thought of it quite that way, great take on the subject.
Mark, Just saw ur FMA Kali Solo Bag training. Very interesting, execellent instructions n impressive ur movements ! Especially liked the emphasis on this video of training having no partner or gym. This video is more realistic in that sense. Where can we purchase those sticks that u were training with in this video, seriously???? Really HOPE u will produce MORE videos training SOLO coz many of us do not have access to gyms n especially PARTNERS. Thanks !
I did kali for a few years a long time ago, we used Rattan sticks. A plant similar to bamboo but solid. Can be sourced online or possibly at a local centre. ATB

Excellent lesson Mark. I thought your explanation of using your hips to generate power was very informative.
Thanks for the excellent video. I don't have a training partner or easy access to live lessons so this type of video is a huge help to me.
