    Excellent stuff!! Because I train solo i find it hard to get a legit flow going without having experience of why one thing makes sense to flow into another. This helps alot to be able to string purposeful strikes and blocks together that make tactical sense with visualization rather than just dancing around stringing random stuff together. Greatly appreciated!!

    What length stick do you recommend for your style of kali?

      MB 141 buy them on the net. $30 bucks a set.
