The signage falling on him is just Yee-jae constantly being worried about when and how am I getting killed so he's experiencing getting killed in his dreams out of that constant worry that's all. 2. I just believe that the CEO killing him in the car accident is just an accident like in the previous episode he ran over a girl by an accident and sent that guy into jail in his place. But I believe he is also that serial killer.
