Linklight returns to the workshop for Rivals of Aether which gives you access to custom new characters or mods! In this video I check out Baller, an iconic NPC from Roblox. While I literally have no idea why this guy is so iconic, you requested it and I will deliver. His moveset was pretty fun.

Something I saw you didn't mention/find was that the nspecial ball can actually be hit with your other attacks. That was the main reason why the cooldown isn't short lol

Side B and Down Smash are references to Triple Throw and Mega Sphere respectively, which are moves Baller has in Boss Fighting Stages
For your information, baller is not from NPC's are becoming smarter. It is from Boss Fighting Stages, NPC's are becoming smarter kind of adopted the baller meme into their own game. Baller is one of the four classes and some of the skins that you have seen from baller are the characters and bosses of the actual game. If you ever play Roblox, you should totally try Boss Fighting Stages Rebirth. Amazing game with good storyline.
Edit: Almost forgot, but baller is the weakest character of the bunch, which explains why his specials are pretty weak.

It's pretty cool that this is still a thing, I remember playing the roblox game Baller was originally on, it was one of the 4 classes that you could choose (i think the game was called boss fighting stages or something, its been so long ago)

Yo, I am a big fan of your channel and adore your videos, but I was just wondering if you could cover the character Pepperman made by Qwerty and Caninou on the rivals workshop. He's a really fun character and I think you would enjoy him! Edit: Caninou also made a vigilante and it looks epic! Haven't tried him out though, so I wouldn't know.

9. Piercer, the archer class in Boss Fight Stages.
10. Slicer, the swordsman class in Boss Fight Stages.
